The ideal booking time depends on the type of private tour you select:

  • Signature Private Tour. We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to allow time for scheduling and coordination. If you have a last-minute request, reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate!
  • Fully Custom Tour. For the best experience, we recommend at least 2 weeks’ notice so we can craft a tour tailored to your group’s preferences. However, we’ll always try to accommodate your timeline!

Yes! As long as our partners are available, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Morning, afternoon, and evening slots are all possible, though some stops may have limited hours. If you have a specific time in mind, let us know; we’ll work to make it happen!

We can accommodate any group size!

Each tour is capped at 12-16 guests to ensure an intimate and engaging experience, but for larger groups, we seamlessly coordinate multiple tours running simultaneously.

We’ve successfully hosted groups as large as 600 people, ensuring everyone enjoys a smooth and memorable experience.

The number of tastings depends on the tour you choose!

Our tours include anywhere from 5 to 16 tastings, each thoughtfully curated to showcase the best flavors of the city.

Due to our passion for accurately displaying the amazing foods Pike Place Market and our other locations have to offer, we cannot always accommodate dietary restrictions.

We certainly do our best, and many places have options, but a few favorites of ours simply do not. Please reach out to us if you have any questions to see if you like what we have to offer.

While it is ideal to get as much information up front in the ticket booking process online, we understand the challenges of organizing an event for an entire group.
