Can I get a refund or reschedule my tickets?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed on the tour. Our tours often sell out. No partial credits or rescheduling is allowed for partial attendance, no shows, or late arrivals. It is your responsibility to show up at the right location, on time. The tours depart promptly.

If a tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out, there is always a chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please email us to let us know what date you are interested in.

What types of foods are served on the tours?
On our tours, you will taste foods and beverages that Seattle is famous for, and some that are just unique and hard to find anywhere else. For specific details on what is sampled, visit our tour-specific pages: Pike Place Market Tour and Downtown Seattle Tour.
Food tastings are subject to change without notice.

How much food is served on the tours?
Our tours include 8-10 tasting locations, with 25+ bite-size samples along the way. For most people, it is enough for a meal.

Are there any beverages served on the tours?
Yes! We sample coffee and tea on the Pike Place Market Tour. On the Downtown Seattle Tour, we also sample wine and beer. At the start of all tours, we provide you with a bottle of water.

Should I eat anything before coming on the tour?
We recommend that you eat only a light meal before joining us for the tour. The amount of food sampled on the tour is enough such that most people don't need lunch afterwards, or will opt for a later dinner.

Are there vegetarian options?
For the Pike Place Market Tour, yes! If we know in advance, we will do our best to make appropriate substitutions for you. With the Downtown Seattle Tour, there are many kinds of meat, seafood, and alcohol that are featured on the tour. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make substitutions for that tour.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
For the Pike Place Market Tour, please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, nut allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. With the Downtown Seattle Tour, we will not be able to make substitutions for that tour. It is intentionally focused on meat, seafood, chocolate, beer, and wine.

Are there kosher options?
The majority of the food tastings are not guaranteed kosher.

Do we only walk around and sample food?
Absolutely not! You will not only taste locally made foods and beverages that will awaken your palate, but you will also learn about and meet the storied characters and vendors that give the market and Seattle life, and soak up the rich and vibrant history. We’ll also share some spots that even locals overlook!

By the end of the tour, you will not only have eaten an array of deliciously famous foods, but you will also have picked up a few buying tips, dining recommendations, and cooking ideas.

Are there any age restrictions?
Children are welcome on the tour, but please bear in mind that some children have a limited attention span and therefore a 2-3 hour tour may not be appropriate for them. Parents know their children best and should assess the situation individually. Since there is a lot of standing, walking, and Market congestion, please consider this when deciding whether the tours are appropriate for your child.

If your child will be eating, you will need to purchase a ticket for him/her. Please bear in mind that strollers are not allowed on the tour.

Also, the tours require a certain level of physical stamina. We are on our feet for approximately 2-3 hours. On our Downtown Seattle Tour, be prepared to walk three blocks up an incline. There are no hills on the Pike Place Market Tour. Tastings are on the go and seating opportunities are limited and sporadic.

How about my dog?
Due to the various food establishments we visit, pets of any kind are not allowed on the tours. There is a doggy daycare facility near Pike Place Market called Wags of Belltown.

How physically fit do I need to be to enjoy this tour?
Our tours are generally appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, but please use your best judgment. We are on our feet for approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the tour. Tastings are on the go and seating opportunities are limited and sporadic.

Do the tours have anything to offer a native Seattleite?

Seattle is brimming with lively tales and history that you will be surprised by! This tour is a fantastic way to rediscover your own hometown.
